VICENTE MORAYTA LLANO
Founding partner of the Firm, law degree by the Universidad Iberoamericana with Honors (1978), with specialty studies on Tax Law by the Universidad Panamericana and International Taxation by Harvard University and the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. With more than 40 years of experience, he has focused his professional practice in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as domestic and international bidding processes, public work contracts and infrastructure project financing, with a recognized trajectory in arbitration, acting not only as counsel for the parties (co-counsel and leading counsel) but also as sole arbitrator and joint arbitrator on construction and business matters, domestic and international.
